Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using the Qurio Finance mobile application ("App", "Licensed Application") operated by Qurio Finance ("we", "our", "us", "Developer").

1. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Qurio Finance only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Qurio Finance, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This EULA does not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the date you agree to this EULA, which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/.

2. Description of Service

Qurio Finance is a personal finance application that:

• Displays balances from your linked bank accounts
• Allows you to ask questions about your spending in natural language
• Provides AI-powered financial insights and analysis
• Sends optional notifications about your finances

3. Eligibility

To use Qurio Finance, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have a valid bank account to link (optional but required for full functionality)

4. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
